I've been tucking pretty retro nursery photos into a folder on my computer for years, and now with the help of Etsy & Ebay, we are starting to design!
I adore these pretty planters from the 40's-60's ~ they have inspired our color scheme, pale pink & pale aqua.
Gorgeous retro books will line the shelves...
Swiss dot curtains at the window...
And last, but certainly not least, IRMI lamps, my absolute favorite is the flower cart girl!
What would you add?

These are sooo sweet! I have my porcelain planter that my mom received when I was born. It's in the shape of a bassinet. (Now I'm really showing my age! lol!).
ReplyDeletePrecious! I love the IRMI lamps as well. There have never been any cuter!
ReplyDeleteHPS!

Adorable!
ReplyDeleteI think I would add something with a pink poodle on it, maybe a frame with a felt poodle, something like that.
Congratulations on your precious girl.
Blessings,
Jenny
Gorgeous!
ReplyDeletePink at my page, have a lovely weekend!
PS. I am now your blog's follower.
Oh I love this pink nursery! If my next Grandchild is a girl I want to do a nursery like this...not that I have much say in it, lol! I have collected some sweet vintage baby planters! I love the lamp. hugs, Linda
ReplyDeleteSo, have you been pinning your plans on Pinterest? Or even looking to see who else has pinned what else in this venue/genre? Love the clock face and all - think it's neat that you're doing retro. :) Jenn
ReplyDeleteI love this clock. I too love Retro and often picked these type things up when our daughter was expecting and now they are in vogue. Vogue or not I love them. Blessings Terri www.morningdewdrops.typepad.com
