My daughter loves to travel to Cincinnati for a pre-Christmas visit with my husband's side of the family -- and her four beloved cousins!
Every year we add another little piece to her Christmas travel paraphenalia ~ little treats for better entertainment and comfort on the lengthy 10-hour car ride. From Gymboree:
For travel DVDs, coloring books, small dolls and handheld games, this small tote from Land's End (monogrammed of course... :)
A darling plum pudding hand knit hat from Etsy, to match her pretty, red winter coat:
Adorable Christmas jammies for sleepovers with her cousins at Nana's house, and for cute photo ops while they enjoy breakfast together (from Pottery Barn Kids):
Pretty luggage, in a coordinating jolly red floral, I love this large duffle bag on wheels from Pottery Barn Kids:
So pretty next to the wrapped gifts in the back of our car :)
And last, but not least, a tiny sleeping bag for her Pottery Barn Kids Sophie doll, a miniature version of her own puppy sleeping bag!
We had a great time on our trip to Nana's, but are so glad to be home ~ time to return unexpected Xmas cards, finish baking, wrapping and unpacking!

it looks like you traveled perfectly in style, why am i not surprised? wishing you and your beautiful family a very merry christmas and may many blessings be yours in 2012.
